3. Motion to accept and place on file minutes of the Special Liquor Control Commission meeting held on August 31, 2026.
4. Recommendation to approve a proposal for a massage license application for Mella Massage located at 2445 Dean St. #B St. Charles.
5. Recommendation to approve a proposal for a massage license application for White Wave Bodywork located at 1700 Lincoln Hwy Suite #J St. Charles.
6. Recommendation to approve a proposal for a B-1 liquor license application for Funatics, d/b/a ROHO 312, located at 312 W. Main St., St. Charles.
7. Public Comment. 8. Executive Session (5 ILCS 120/2 (c)(4). 9. Adjournment.
